A 59-year-old man with links to Japan’s largest organized crime group, the Yamaguchi-gumi, was arrested on the spot for the shooting, which took place shortly before 8 p.m. (1100 GMT) Tuesday, according to Nagasaki prefectural (state) police official Rumi Tsujimoto.
